donnell wright | senior researcher
Donnell has developed successful market strategy and CRM programs for brand leaders across industries, target markets and continents. Her ability to translate customer needs into measurable brand performance has enabled the success of a diverse client list that includes Citibank, Nintendo, Air France, Microsoft, Panasonic, GE Capital, Tyco, American Express, Merrill Lynch and WaMu.
A seasoned research methodologist, Donnell’s skills were honed conducting customer satisfaction and product development studies during her tenure at top research institutions, The Gallup Organization and Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS). Early innovation success in the development of qualitative techniques and predictive models for e-commerce and brand value led to a specialization in partner/vendor loyalty and service delivery programs. Donnell’s ability to tap into the key drivers in customer behavior and translate those drivers into strategic direction led to increasingly complex international and multi-channel/brand engagements linking customer outcomes to performance management programs. The deep involvement required for these studies developed into a move to the client side and the execution of a highly successful brand loyalty measurement and performance management program at Washington Mutual/JP Morgan Chase.
Donnell is a certified facilitator and Six Sigma practitioner (green belt). She is credited with the invention of three proprietary research methodology models, with one patent pending. Donnell holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach.
